In some instances I have seen an institution attempt to gather information from elderly people in a ‘tricky’ manner. Some places are trying to find ways around HIPO laws on a concern, that forces you to give further explanation. The answer or the solution in reality is that it is none of your business or mind your own business. Our standard cannot be defined so lowly by pushy, aggressive people, and having normal people be judged in that manner.
When corona hit, senior homes were invaded with the virus by negligent staff, and family bringing the sickness (prolly meaning to see them again or on some concern and or remorse). When your family members get older you should try to keep them nearby with family, not an institution. When all the chips fell, they used Cuomo as a patsy, even though he saved hundreds of millions in the city and nationwide. Gun lobbyist took over NY, and privacy invading face detention software was implored to counter the new gun laws. Guns cannot flow freely in NY, it is the nature of history.
The problem with people all up in your biscuit is that you have to give away more information that is really none of their business to unnecessarily explain yourself to fulfill their incorrect disposition and false concern. It is called a cliche. No person has the right to judge another person, especially without the proper ability or tools to do so. The thought of “this person might need this” or “that person might need this” should never enter your mind because you need to violate their privacy to get the answers to satisfy your moment of intuitiveness. You can’t act on angst.
When a place asks you to voluntarily ROI (Release of Information), it should not and can never go to your detriment because what the sense of involving yourself in the first place. It is illegal and goes along the lines of entrapment and even harassment in certain situations. What is the point of involving yourself with that institution in the first place?
